Education & Background:
| • | Undergraduate / Graduate in any stream |
| • | Minimum 1 year of prior BPO/ Call Centre experience |
| • | Freshers who have completed graduation may also apply |
| • | Excellent written and oral communication |
| • | Must possess a neutral accent with no regional language influence |
| • | Good computer skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint) |
| • | Should be willing to work in shifts |
