Changes: | | If guest changes his reservation more than one hour before departure – Nil charges..
If guest changes his reservation within one hour before departure or in case of no show INR 1000. All changes may be effected by the travel agent and VMCO to be issued. Copy of same must be carried by guest to be produced to check-in staff. |
Cancellations: | | If the guest cancels the booking 1 hr before departure Nil charges. If the guest cancels the booking within 1hr of departure will attract a charge of INR1000 per flight coupon. |
Booking / Reservation: | | Bookings can be made through Kingfisher call centers, city offices and Travel Agencies. The coupon must be filled and validated prior to check in. |
Coupon booking on GDS: | | 1. Bookings must be created in O and I class with a remark
in OSI COUPONBKG (one word).
2. The coupon number should be inserted while creating booking in below format:
OSI CPNNBR 0901234567890 1(Coupon Number). Bookings without Coupon Numbers and OSI remark as stated above are not valid and will be automatically cancelled by the system. |
Coupons to be Uplifted : | | One coupon per flight number to be up-lifted. |
Change in Sector: | | Once sector is endorsed rerouting not permitted. OCPNR04: Rerouting permitted. |
Refund / No-show: | | Refunds are not allowed against lapsed / lost / no-show tickets. Partly utilized coupon booklet is non refundable. Completely unutilized booklet whether endorsed or not endorsed, INR 1000 as administration charges to be collected and balance to be refunded. |
