56388 is the information service (“Service”) launched by NDTV on Short Message Service (“SMS”). This service shall be provided by Kingfisher Airlines through the mobile phone operator (“Operator”) which would allow mobile phone users ("User”) to interact with the Kingfisher Airlines KING MOBILE service through a single number 56388. A User can access the service by typing the keyword to the number 56388.

The information service to be provided shall flight Schedules, Flight Status and Call center numbers.

Kingfisher Airlines makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information it contains in the Kingfisher Airlines – KING MOBILE service. Kingfisher Airlines assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions in information available on the KING MOBILE services.

In case there is disturbance in relaying the Service or there is a breakdown, Kingfisher Airlines along with the Operator will use its efforts to ensure that the defect is rectified at the earliest. In a situation where Kingfisher Airlines is unable to remedy the defect, Kingfisher Airlines shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages.

It is expressly agreed by the user that exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute with Kingfisher Airlines resides in the courts of Mumbai and the user expressly consents to the exercise of jurisdiction in the courts of Mumbai in connection any such dispute.

Any notice to be given to Kingfisher Airlines will be by registered post. Notices to Kingfisher Airlines must be sent to Kingfisher Airlines Limited, UB Anchorage, Richmond Road, Bangalore 560 025.

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

This agreement supercedes all writings or understanding between the parties which are contrary to or in consistent with the terms of this agreement.
