Yes, if you have booked your ticket on www.flykingfisher.com, you will be able to use our new ONLINE CANCELLATION facility.

Bookings done through our 24/7 Call Centre, Airport and City Ticketing Offices, Travel Agencies or any other channels cannot be cancelled using the new ONLINE CANCELLATION FACILITY.

No. As of now only bookings for which a full fare has been paid can be cancelled online. Redemption bookings and bookings done using a promo code are not allowed to be cancelled through this online facility.

King Club Platinum members are requested to contact our 24/7 Call Centre for any cancellation requests.

Any booking done through www.flykingfisher.com which has been rescheduled once through any other point of sale cannot be cancelled using this online cancellation facility.

One Way Booking - All Guests on a single PNR
Return Trip - All Guests on a single PNR

Return Trip - Partial cancellation is allowed where an entire segment, either the onward or return, needs to be cancelled using the Cancel Segment option

To process the refund for the cancelled segment the guest will need to call our 24/7 Call Center after usage of the other travel segment.

Multi-city - All Guests on a single PNR
Multi-city partial cancellation - All Guests on a single PNR - Use the Cancel Segment option.
No. You cannot use the ONLINE CANCELLATION FACILITY to cancel the booking of one Guest on a PNR containing multiple Guests. For this the Guest will need to call up our 24/7 call Centre, visit our Airport / City Ticketing offices or use a Travel Agent.

Online cancellation of tickets is only possible 2 hours prior to flight departure.

Cancellation fees / penalties will be charged as per the fare rules.

All refunds will be credited back to your mode of payment typically within 48 - 72 working hours from the time of online cancellation.
