I am a South African of Indian descent. Recently, my wife and I travelled to India on vacation. We had a wonderful time. India is beautiful and the people are warm and helpful.

I also had the pleasure of travelling on Kingfisher Airlines. I cannot tell you how impressed we were by the level of service and the pure class of your staff. It was a welcomed surprise to see airline stewards and stewardesses perform their duties with smiles and an overall helpfulness that said "welcome to India". I congratulate you on running an airline which promotes such high standards. We will definitely travel Kingfisher again and we have already referred family and friends to your airline.

Thank you for making our holiday in India even more special than we could have ever imagined.

I wanted to thank you for a wonderful experience of flying Kingfisher airlines. I flew from Indore to Bombay on Nov 26th 2007 at 8 pm.

My job involves a lot of traveling and on an average I fly about 100,000 miles a year. I have flown almost all US airlines and couple of international ones and I must say that Kingfisher experience was the best.

Couple of noted points

1) Attendant helping with the luggage refused a tip of Rs 10. (Never heard or seen that before)
2) Attendants at the ticketing counter were friendly and smiling
3) Excellent food
4) Complete entertainment for 1 hr. Did not get a chance to get bored
5) Help at the baggage claim. This was most helpful and least expected.

Yes, the Kingfisher Airlines sponsored trip to Malaysia was very nice and we have enjoyed it thoroughly. Let me put it on record that you and your team have done an excellent job in arranging the trip for my family and me to watch the Malaysian GP live, from 07th April to 09th April 2007.

Right from the telephonic intimation of my winning the Fly Kingfisher promotion, to Airport transfers at Kuala Lumpur, everything was done with clarity and exceptional service. Air ticketing, accommodation, food and the vehicle facilities were more than our expectations. We convey our sincere appreciation to you all.

It was a thrilling experience to be at the Sepang F1 race live, as this was our first time to an F1 race circuit. Certainly we will cherish the memories for the years to come. Experiencing a GP live at the circuit is all together a different experience, from viewing it from our living room.

It is very much true that Kingfisher Airlines has brought to India a flying experience that equals the best in the world and its hospitality is truly “World-Class” with an Indian flavor. Previously boring air travel has now become a superlative flying experience because of Kingfisher Airlines.

3. Your Concept of "Guest" is truly a differentiating factor

4. Very humble, polished and proactive crew members

Greetings.

I was a privileged Guest in your flight between Mumbai-Bangalore-Chennai on the 25th of October 2005. I like your concept of calling all passengers  GUESTS. It is a new concept and you must be proud of your invention. Please be kind enough to accept my special thanks for the same.

I am working with Air Arabia, Sharjah, low cost carrier operating out of UAE. We were the first ones to initiate the low cost concept in the middle east. Before I flew Kingfisher Airlines, I was under the impression that yours is also a low cost carrier. I was amazed to look at the service provided, the fast turn around (particularly between Bangalore Chennai in 35 minutes). At Air Arabia, we make the turn around in 45 minutes with Aero Bridge services in hand. So for a place without aero bridge (Bangalore) it was a good turn around in 35 minutes without straining too much on an almost full flight.

Also your ground staff is great. They help the passenger from the entrance at the airport till they get the boarding cards. This is, I personally feel KFA`s strength; this is where you beat the rest of the airlines.

I am in the aviation industry, in Flight Operations as Crewing Officer, in charge of complete planning and rostering of crewmembers for a reasonably long period. I have seen crew members without any prior experience flying, but your crew is your flag bearer. With only 5 onboard, with very less flying experience, they provide full service on a 35 minutes flight and are good in safety standards. Hospitality and friendly approach of your crew is also a point worth noticing.

Another happy note on my flight was your speech on Kingfisher, it was nice.

In all I had a great flight with Kingfisher except the final landing at Chennai on a bad weather. It is indeed privilege to be the GUEST of KINGFISHER.

Hope you and your great carrier will continue the kind of service you provide to your valued GUESTS and not compromise on this in the long run just for the sake of survival.

I travelled by Kingfisher Airlines flight number 423 on the 3rd of December 2004.

I traveled with a six month old infant to Hyderabad all by myself. It was the first time I traveled and was a bit nervous before I went for the "check-in".

But I must say, your staff was "simply super" in assisting me throughout till I reached my destination.

The Air Hostess` (Shraddha, Shipra, Tamanna) were so kind and helpful. So was the case when I returned by 424 on the 18th of December. The ground staff also needs to be applauded on their effort.

On the whole I would like to applaud your effort for making travel such a pleasure and I will definitely do my part of canvassing for Kingfisher Airlines.

I and my family flew Kingfisher Airlines couple of days back and I need to tell you that we had a FANTASTIC experience.

I was keeping my fingers crossed as we had to travel with my infant. But right from the ticket reservation through your website, it was a very pleasant experience. The ticket fares are very competitive and much less than many other Airlines. Reached the airport and attendants from Kingfisher helped me with my luggage and check-in.

As I got on-board, I was WOWed. First it was the personal video/audio, then it was the complimentary pouch. I have not seen this kind of service even inlong international flights.

Your "personal" address was cool and the chairman seeking feedback directly is something that is unheard of in any service industry.

I was pleasantly surprised that the seat next to us was left empty though the flight was full in all the legs that I took your flight (I had two seats for me, my wife and infant). That was so thoughtful and I felt pampered.

The cabin crew was very efficient and pleasing. A pouch full of chocolates for my son and he was amazed.

The food was sumptuous and the hostess was more than ready to serve the full meal for my kid too. Airlines that charge more than 10% of published fare for kids do not bother about these "trivial" things.

The check in luggage arrived on-time and there were attendants helping everyone with luggage trolleys.

Can`t stop mentioning this - on my return, I had to take another Airline as you do not have service in that sector and it was so contrasting! It was showing even more as I had just experienced your hospitality.

Overall, "I and my family felt so special on your Airline" - really a guest like treatment. With this kind of service, I am sure that you will go places.

You have got quite a few ambassadors for your Airline in a short time. Great job, Mr. Mallya.

First of all, let me say, "Kingfisher Airlines is simply unbeatable", just can`t compare any other Airline with it! I want to congratulate you that your dream is successful. I travelled from Bangalore to Delhi & back on 17th Jan 2006, & I was surprised with the pleasant environment, ambience aboard. I have travelled in almost all domestic Airlines & few international Airlines including "Singapore Airlines", your service, plane, crew, everything is simply carefully arranged & organized.

I`m purposly planning my vacation to Goa to fly in Kingfisher with my family. You will be surprised that anybody who travels Kingfisher says "It`s the Best" :)
